Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

BodMD provides individuals with information on health care and wellness and provides individuals to an affiliated compounding pharmacy; and provides administrative support in connection with scheduling, payment for health care provider services, and payment for pharmacy services; provided by BodMD Medical Group AR PA and similar affiliated professional entities for communication, consultations, assessments, and treatment by such health care organizations and their providers. Deliveries will occur in the states the partnered pharmacies are licensed in based on their state pharmacy board.

The pharmacies receive your prescriptions and process therapies 2-3 business days.  Pharmacies will not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.  Pharmacies will follow state regulations in regards to shipping and delivery compliance with third party vendors.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages

BodMD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Please email support@bodmd.com and BodMD will connect you with the pharmacy.
